Delivery & Shipping Policy
- Each order will be shipped only to one single destination address specified during the time of order.
- Two delivery slots:
- Orders before 12:00 PM will be delivered on the same day.
- Orders after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next day within 24 working hours.
- Sometimes, due to unavoidable circumstances like huge volume of deliveries, traffic conditions, and unforeseen events, our delivery may take a few hours extra but will be informed before-hand to the customers.
- Free delivery is applicable for all orders of value of Rs 699/- and above.
- Venad Poultry Farmers Producer Co.Ltd will never leave deliveries unattended if in any case Venad Poultry Farmers Producer Co.Ltd or its employees agrees to leave the deliveries unattended at special conditions, Venad Poultry Farmers Producer Co.Ltd is not responsible for theft or any damage to unattended deliveries.
- Clear address, landmark, phone number should be provided by the customer.
- All the deliveries will be made by our own delivery network or through our allied agencies.
