1. How do I book a service?

  • Open the app and select the service you need from the list of available options.
  • Provide address details and contact information, along with any other information (in notes) in the checkout page.
  • Confirm your service order, by clicking / tapping place order.

2. How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?

  • To cancel a booking, contact us at +971 5059 06 269 within an 30mins of placing the order

3. What if I’m not satisfied with the service?

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re unhappy with the service provided, please contact our support team at [email protected] . We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

5. How do I delete my account?

  • To delete your account, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Delete My Account.”
  • Include your full name and registered email address in the message.
